I would suggest you double check that information...  Dale at Blind Mice
Mart now has a new one that goes up to 500 something!

It came out about the same time as the I Bill.  About a month ago.  It is
most definitely on my wish list!

This one goes up to 235 degrees and I would like one that goes up higher for
candy making.
NFB said they would have one soon.
