[Nfb-krafters-korner] update on ice cream making recipe???

Ok , now ladies I like this idea of the plastic bags to make individual  
portions for the girls, but come on give a recipe of how much to use.  Do  you 
add extracts?  I know there is alcohol in those.  So can you use  it?
 
I like the idea of the pudding mix, too, good for flavoring.  Give us  more 
detail on this as when do you put the add ins like chocolate chips, broken  
cookies or whatever in it.
