Oh it is great to hear that they will accept crochet military helmet liners!
Clearly, one must always double check what is read on the net.

I just received an email from our Military Helmet Liner Group Leader and  
she told me they want and will accept knitted and crocheted helmet liners.

So go ahead and do either knitted or crocheted ones.  We will need to start

collecting and sending them in September.
