Joyce,

When you are going to reply to a message, scroll through the message before
you type anything to see if the original is there.

I think the confusion you are having is that it is not our email that is not
letting us see the original when you reply. It is that your message does not
contain the original. It has been twelve or more years since I used AOL but
I'll try to find the setting. You may want to look for "preferences" or
"settings" in the AOL menus.
