Hi Linda
I surely understand how you feel. You have done amazing things in the 
last few years.  You might try learning just grade one braille for 
your note taking.  It is much easier to write a phone number down in 
braille or make a braille label.  Using a braille writer for this 
would make learning easier. If it doesn't work out, nothing will be 
lost.  If you learn enough to write quick things down you will be 
even more proud of yourself.

My Mom is 94 and learned braille as a yound adult. She didn't think 
she could learn all this technology. She got her advanced digital 
player from the library and is a pro at it now. So we all get 
challenges as long as we are alive.
