Laura:

Dimo tape in most cases. For other things Brailling an index card of small
or large size and then scotch taping it onto a surface. for important mail,
I Braille the outside of the mailing envelope with enough information that
will allow me to find it when I need it and then just scan with Kurzweil the
contents for the details. I try to keep this paperwork filed in plastic
office boxes, grouped by household or bank, etc. The more organized the
better.
