I wonder if the new glucometers that allow for testing on the arm will
reduce the finger sensitivity problems of diabetics in the future so that a
person blinded by diabetes will have the finger sensitivity to learn
Braille.

I have been following this interesting conversation and wanted to add one
comment. I have limited Braille use, because of diabetes conditions in my
hands, like Braille but difficult. My comment I have and sell the KNFB
reader it reads everything in print instantly. Need info let me know.
