[Nfb-krafters-korner] rag rugs

Hi eileen,

Not exactly, but close. You cast on about 6 or 7 stitches and then do
stockennette, knit one side and then perl the next. The piece will
naturally curl into itself and then you just runn a quick whip stitch to
close and then join as you coil, or whip stitch as you are joining to coil.
This makes a nice squashy rug under your feet and you can use verigated
yarn, scrap yarn, alternate yarns of similar shades or just use a solid
color. I have also done them for dog beds as well.

The tube it forms is larger than the ilet cords, but the same idea.
