[Nfb-krafters-korner] new modem

As I mentioned earlier in the week, I was scheduled to get a new DSL  
modem today -- for nfbnet.org and all related lists and sites.  It  
did arrive, and I was able to install it, and get it running with a  
minimum of problems.  Using QWEST's own speed test, it looks quite a  
bit better than the previous one, so hopefully things will be better  
around here.
 
Sorry for any inconvenience -- the down time was less then an hour.
