Hi Laurie --
I just wanted to say to everyone that I haven't had Laurie's peach-ginger 
marmalade, but I have tasted peach-genger jelly before and it is sooooooo 
good! I think it is a much better combination than the lime-ginger -- the 
peach and ginger flavors just compliment each other.
