[Nfb-krafters-korner] Nin and her yarn

I have never bought any of these bobbins. Information I have read recently
report people like a clam type bobbin. However, I have never used any
commercial bobbins. I just wrap the yarn I need either in a butterfly type
pull-out bobbin,, or around a cardboard bobbin that embroiderers use for
their floss. Or, I wind a ball and put it in a small Ziplock Snack baggie
and pull the yarn out from an opening in the bag.

I am looking into these bobbins, but really cannot comment on them at this
time.

I am working to see how much yarn is actually needed to produce a bag and
then we will be able to determine how many bags you can knit from two skeins
of yarn.

Also, I think I heard you say that you have no sight at all. I don't know
how many ladies that will be in the class are totally blind, so I am working
on knitting the bag with my blindfold on in order to determine how best to
teach everyone. Intarsia is not that difficult if you can see, but it is
going to be a challenge if you can't see anything.

I don't know how many of the ladies took the 'LifeLine' class, but to ensure
a less stressful experience, it will be best if they insert a lifeline in
the last row they knit on their homework assignment. I have never learned
how to do a lifeline, but I made one on my sample (right or wrong) and it
works. I just want them to feel comfortable if they have to frog back.

I have never taught a class like this one, but I want everyone to be
successful and will do everything I can to see that they are. It may
require making some changes along the way, but I plan to have it all worked
out by the time we start the class.

What are these bobbins? Where do we get them? I didn't notice that on
the class proposal.
