Annette,
I think it would be fine. I think I have read on the internet that you could do this. It would make the project tighter or looser depending on the loom. Just play around a little with it with some practice yarn and see what you get.

Subject: [Nfb-krafters-korner] Knifty Knitter question

Hi All,

I am wondering if it is possible to knit in the round with the Knifty
Knitter set that I have. I have the set of 4 different sized Knifty Knitter
long looms. The smallest loom has 12 pegs on either side, and one peg at
each end. At first I was thinking that I would just work around the loom
moving down one long side, then to the single peg at one end, then down the
other side, and finally to the single peg on the other side before repeating
that sequence. What is stopping me is the difference in spacing between the
single pegs and the side pegs versus the spacing between the side pegs. Any
thoughts on this?

Annette
