hahahahahaha  I agree I wish there was one place that everyone would  nail 
the toilet paper to!  Can we make that as a building inspecting  rule.  They 
don't get the occupancy  papers unless the toilet paper  dispenser  is is 
located 18 inches high  from the floor and hmmmm  maybe 30 inches from the 
back of the  to the right or left of the toilet  seat.  What do you think, a 
new resolution for NFB Convention 2011!toilet  inches
