You know how much I admire you for all the plastic canbvas you can do, and
odo so well. I can't do that sitting and concentrating, let alone walking.
You're good.

A few weeks ago I had problems with metro access and missed my ride to my
chapter meeting. I picked up my lunch, my plastic canvis and my cane and
took a long walk around my complex. I worked slowly on my plastic canvis,
while walking. I used to do it in the car. When I got to the club house, I
sat outside and had lunch and finished my walk, while working on my coaster.

Hi there,
Oh, you scare me talking about knitting while moving. I need to think when
I move. I do walk around with one ear bud in while listening to a book but I
kno it isn't safe. The treadmill? That would be dangerous.
I think we can safely keep hand crafting and moving enough to get exercise
separate. Now, they say that sitting on an exercise ball and doing anything
is actually balance exercise. We could d email or try knitting on the ball.
I could probably knit on the ball. I will give that a try. But I couldn't
bounce on it and knit. Lol

Don't feel bad, Dixie. I am going to try it but not sure if I have enough
balance. I have stenosis in my neck and occasionally I can be standing or
take one step and all of a sudden be leaning way to far to my right, as in
almost or totally falling over.
