I hated waiting and waiting for my husband to wake up[he works the second
shift] and then until he got his coffee, read the news on the computer and
then I would jump in front of him before he did another thing and shove
those balls of yarn in front of his face to find out what color I had and
mentally note which hand had what in it. It would drive me crazy when he would
say it is blue. Now I had gone to the store and I asked the person I went
with to help me find a purple or lavender and he is telling me it is blue.
I would say, No it isnt! and he would say, Your blind and you don't think
I know what color it is. Then the conversation would go to, Well I told my
friend I wanted a light purple, not blue. He would then tell me wellyep
this is kinda bluish purple. At this point I didn't know if it was blue,
purple or angel white, but it would be put back into the bag or place I got
it from until I got someone else to walk in the back door and I could pounce
on to ask.

more blind moments...
