I have the same problem. It is hindering my reading of braille. Thankfully I can read with my left hand, too. I usually just read with my right hand.
Is there something we can put on the callases to make them go away?

I ordered Ramona's book that is available in the NFB store on learning Braille. It is a book with an audio tape. I will let folks know how I do with learning more Braille then I know now. My pointer finger on my right hand does have a toughness to it due to knitting I think. any suggestions will be most helpful.
