[Nfb-krafters-korner] Looking around

Hello again. Been kind of busy these past couple of days.

To answer your comment, while he has the blocks and legos, he'll play with
them but doesn't really make a lot of things with them at this time. He'll
sometimes play with the parts that have wheels and such, but I can't say he
does a ton of playing with this. He's definitely a lover of stories though.

Anyway, I watched him for a few hours after school the past few days, and we
had some fun! I'm taking a lot of your advice.

We went for a good walk. We just walked and talked and talked about what
kinds of things we could do for fun. He kept saying that we could read
stories or listen to them, and I said we absolutely could do that but then I
began suggesting some more active things. We talked about looking around at
things, and he was up for it. We also talked about arts and crafts, and he
said he didn't know because he didn't do much of it before. He said he was
willing to try.

I'm not sure he was totally convinced when I told him that we'd be having
fun but being very active and a bit messy and such. Hmmm! He has no idea
yet!

We had dinner and I made hot dogs. I went a little overboard with the
ketchup but he ate it anyway. He said it was a messy hot dog! :-)

We'll play some, too!
Dick
