The knitting needle gauge can be used for your crochet hooks, too.  By  
inserting the crochet hook into the holes either Carol or Henrietta told us how 
 to figure the crochet hook sizes.  She said it was marked on her gauge for 
 the crochet hook sizes.
 
Carol or Henrietta, could you post that information for us once  again?
