Theresa,

I believe you are the pin expert, question, I am making white canes from
white pipe cleaners and want to attach, or glue them to a pin backing, to
wear. I do not think a round tack pin would be right as it would show. Can
you recommend a safety pin type or size, that you might think apporiate, and
maybe a suggestion of attaching them, like quilt thread? Can you help?
