You can add more stitches to it and make the knit 3 border wider with the  
additional stitches or you can repeat the design to make it longer for the 
top  of a chest of drawers or something like that.  You can make it out of  
regular type of yarn instead of the cotton and make a scarf for yourself.  
 
Put the creative hat on and I am sure you can come up with a bunch of other 
 creative things to do with this pattern.
