I used fragrance oil for candles and I also used essential oils.  When  I 
used the essential oils which are much stronger smelling I used 1 ounce of 
oil  to one gallon of distilled water.  When I used the fragrance oil for  
candles I used the 1 ounce to like around 32 ounces or a little more of  
distilled water.
 
I had bought a spray bottle and adjusted the spray to be like a mist and it 
 works great.
 
I love the smell of oranges and I got essential oil of orange peels at  
Brambleberry Soaps.  My bottle is empty and I just brought it out to the  
kitchen counter so I have to make up some.  I ran out of the orange peel  
essential oil so I need to put that one on my list to get.
