It is a bill identifier.  All you need to do is open the app, and then hold
any us currency bills in front of the iPhone camera and a voice tells you
what the bill is in about 3 seconds.  I usually place my phone down on a
table or countertop, and hold the bill about 5 or 6 inches over the phone ,
when the phone tells me what it is I fold it appropriately, and move on to
the next bill.    It can do a whole pile of bills in no time, not that I
ever have a whole pile of bills.  Ok, so I have piles of bills but not piles
of currency!  Smile.
