[Nfb-krafters-korner] FQ: Crafts on the go

It is a hinged device in the shape of an oval race track that allows you to
clip and unclip easily. They are usually used in mountain climbing but
smaller ones are available at hardware stores for clipping onto bags, belt
loops, etc.. They are very handy.
