[Nfb-krafters-korner] Paper and Fabric Cutters

Hi, I have been looking to get a paper cutter, and while at the craft 
stores, have noticed there are different types as well as neat-looking 
fabric cutters. Does anyone have any tips for what to look for when buying 
such gadgets or have models you find easy to use?
