I just downloaded eyenote, so have yet to try it.  The other app , that I
have talked about before, it isn't like taking a picture with a camera, it
is more like you just put the bill in front of the camera lens and it says
what it is in real time.  There is no photo taken, no buttons pushed, only
turn on the app and hold the phone over the bill in question. It doesn't
matter which way the bill is orientated, front back, right-side up, wrong
side up, doesn't matter.   Take that bill away and place another one in
front of the lens and in real time it states the new denomination of the new
bill.
