The first class for the tree bag was mis-scheduled.  If you want to join us
tomorrow night at 9pm EST, you still have time to get some of the homework
done and I can work with you later if you can't get it ready for class.  You
don't have to have the holiday yarn, and could make a seed stitch Christmas
tree gift Bag with regular yarn.  It is up to you, but if you want to join
us, go and fill out a class request.

As Theresa has given you a great list of things that you can make with  
safety pins I just have to say it is best to take a couple or at least 1  
beginner's class.[like the sun catcher or the votive candle holder]  I
would not 
recommend you starting out first with one of the more advanced  projects.  
I don't know about the sun catcher, but the votive candle holder  consists 
of 16 pins and you have to wire the top and bottom together to create  the 
candle holder.  It is not difficult at all and Theresa gives very  excellent

descriptions in her classes.
 
Now just to give you an example and it was a year ago that I did it, but I  
believe the pumpkin which is a lighted pumpkin and sooo cute has 5 rows of 
pins  starting from the bottom and going up to the top of the pumpkin.  You 
need  to increase the first 2 rows bby adding more safety pins or maybe it 
is  different size pins and wire each row then at the top you have to 
decrease by  using lesspins and build from the bottom up.  Each safety pin
you have 
 beads to put on and label them as you are creating the jack o lantern face 
using  black beads.  So I guess you get my point.  It is good beginning 
with  a beginners project.
 
The Votive candle holders I sold around 20 of them to my family and friends 
 and they gave them as Christmas presents.
