[Nfb-krafters-korner] Help please

	There is no support when you sit on the exercise balls though, right?  It sounds interesting.  I'll have to go look at one.  I've seen the really big beach ball looking things but I'm assuming this is much bigger???

Re knitting:  I'm really loving the scarf we had the class for.  It's marvelous!!  I have about 8 inches on it.

Re the Seed Stitch bag, I finally got my 51 rows done.

Hi,
The stability balls are found at most sporting good stores. I got mind from Walmart but it was years ago. It is definitely a help. There are lots of exercises to do on it. I don't think I would knit on it though. But to sit on it while I talk works well.
