I am also going to try to make this chat. Monday's just seem to get away
from me and before I know it, it is 10 pm.

Denise, the wet and dry method sounds interesting. I used to dry fruit and
had a wonderful beef jerky that I made. Unfortunately, the jerky was so good
that it rarely latest long after it was finished.
