[Nfb-krafters-korner] Easy Craft - Paper Star in one snip

I never knew about this method until I saw it on-line, neat to know for 
anyone, but especially if one finds it somewhat difficult to cut around a 
template.
It comes out perfectly cymmetrical each time.
