[Nfb-krafters-korner] Easy Craft - Paper Star in one snip

The problem I have run into is I can't figure out just where to make the cut 
so the star is perfect.

I couldn't open the site to learn how to do this and would love to know.
Can anyone tell me how to do it?  I love making star blocks and think these
stars  would be good for me as I could cut them in a size i could handle for
