Hi Diane,
Give up the bed thing. lol When you do things to your arm or shoulder you
are pretty much sitting up for a while. So plan a comfy chair near your bed
and warm blankets and pillows. Now sitting up, you surely will come up with
things you can do. So keep a recording device near to make notes.

Hey, you could start a recorded journal during this event and maybe it
would become a lifetime project for you.
