[Nfb-krafters-korner] stress relieving gloves

Is this suppose to be for the muscles in your arms?  
 
Any exercise for arthritis in the hands?I cannot close my fingers into my  
palms and I wonder if I did some type of flexing the fingers if that would 
help  or hurt.
 
I feel my typing on a daily basis keeps the fingers moving as I do have a  
couple of fingers that are not straight any more.  Mom has the same thing  
so I get it from her.

I don't get a clear picture of  this....

Another is do muscle stretches.  Put your hands in front  of you  palms
touching fingers pointing up. Slowly move your hands  down towards your  
tummy
and back up to in front of your chest a  few times.  This will  loosen the 
muscles.

Please can you  clearify this a little better?

My husband bought me  the  stress relieving gloves that Lion Brand sales.
They are really  nice.   He also got me stitch markers, smile.  Wonder how  
he
knew to buy them  for me, giggle. 

Becky and Jake who thinks  Tomato Head would love to  eat my gloves. Tomato
Head is my husband's  guide dog.
