Of course different plans could be different but I do believve the time zone 
is based on your own time zone.

I do not see it being a problem starting classes at 9 p.m., I do not know
if that would attract more folks from the west coast.  I did not think
about the phone service after 9 p.m.  Does that only work after 9 p.m. for 
the
time zone you live in?

We have tried classes on the weekend only a few times, but have gotten poor
attendence on the weekend.
