Verigated is a term for multi or many colored yarn.  Say you want a cleanex box for a baby's room, A 3 or 4 pli yarn with white and pink, blue and green and yellow, would be good.  Lite to medium colors are good for a baby.  When you do stripes with multi colored yarn, it makes a pretty patern, blotches of each color on your item.  When using multi colored yarn, I put the item together with a solid color, such as in this case, I would use white.

Maybe I need a class. I understand the stitches but not language. Varigated what, stitches, color large or small. Is this done same as coasters?

How about starting out with just squares, either in verigated or altrinating colors, your choice.  This is a lot easier.  The horizontal stripe is about the easiest, especually done in verigated.  You could also use 2 colors.
For a beginner, I would try verigated.

Let me know what you have in cubic box, I am not choosie, I would like to do squares with dividing lines if you think I should try this. I have not done any plastic canvas since loosing my sight 5 years ago, but want to try. I like the idea of letters for rows and numbers for columns or what that was, sounded pretty clear I think. Sounds like there is some interest around for another class. Just let me know, believe me I am so easy to please and appreciate all.

I have supplies for a few cubic cleanix boxes.  I will have to count the squares to determine what patern would fit on the precut pieces, I have.
What kind of design would you be interested in.
Wide horizontal stripes
Squares of 2 colores or verigated
Diaginal stripe
Diamond patern (rather hard try on a small item) Squares with deviding lines Altrinating horizontal stripes Dot patern

You can be very creative.

Hello all,

I have been following all the interesting comments about time for lessons, and really do not know how you can please everyone, the hard decisions have to come from leadship. I can do about every time frame, days are difficult as now new year training like Freedom Science if, computer training.
However, if I want to learn a new idea, I arrange and plan for it.

I would like a plastic canvas class, I know it was done before. Terry P, do you sell kits? I would like tissue box.
