Annette, very well said and my feeling are that if the betterment of the 
group is a goal, then everyone should have the opportunity to post 
suggestions and ideas without the fear of getting "flamed" if you will. If 
there are some "points" that are not understood, the readers should be able 
to ask for clarification without either poster or reader being criticized. 
So yes, I feel you should be able to post you ideas.
