Polymer clay must be baked to dry. It is only baked at a normal oven
temperature though. Not like firing in a kiln.
I forget the temperature, but we used to bake our little Bottles of Hope in
a toaster oven. It couldn't have been any more than 350 degrees.

Do you have to bake it or can you air dry it? Polymer clay comes in all
colors I know. I also purchased some little presses that you can use on
Polymer clay that I found over on don't know how it is spelt Ittzie I
never
did get the clay to try it out. I thought it would be cool to make buttons
for sweaters out of it, but I don't know how it would stand up or if you
could put something on it to seal it to be washed.

I would like to hear more about polymer clay, in my sighted days I also
worked with this and it was a clay that came in a block at craft stores
with
design in the clay. I remember cutting in many sizes and shapes to make
items you baked and placed on necklaces or bracelets and the like. When you
know more, please send it onto the list.
