Mary,

As you can tell, I have not found a box either. I hope Terry P picks up on
this message, so she can direct you, looks like we will be having a class on
plastic canvas tissue boxes in March. However, Terry and Greg have given me
great help on purchasing what I need to design my own. I could not find a
kit to purchase, therefore, I will make my own.
