This idea of selling recorded classes was an idea, brought up on the list. It has never been put into function. It was just a way for payed members to get access to missed classes or in my case, a class I was not able to get supplies in time for the class. I think of our recordings as a collection. If we can not give them out to members again, free or not, then what is the purpose of collecting them. Should they be distroyed after a year. Those talking about how a school gives you rights to your recording, how does the school handle the recording. After you receive a copy, is the original distroyed? I am pretty sure the teacher does not control the recording side of the picture. You need to tell us how things are handled in the public, not just say, we are handling this wrong.
I am sorry if this is harsh, but we need to know how a large school would handle things and logically, we do not have the funding to go to a lawyer over something like this.
