the only thing about having a lot of people in a skype conference that I
discoverd is that there is a drop in quality. I was on one very recently.
there was 10 people, and we experienced a lot of delay and 1 or 2 people
were dropped.

yes my skype is not limited either. It is a great way to connect and if you
use a headset then you are hands free to do the craft. Others use it and
just use the speaker and they hear just fine. I bring up the headset,
because I am too hard of hearing and this helps me to adjust the volume and
get more clarity with phone classes.
You can email me off list if you want more info on skype.

Hi,

I have a friend who routinely has 12 or 13 people in his Skype conference
every night.

A true friend is someone who thinks that you are a good egg even though he
knows that you are slightly cracked.

Hi -- skype has a limit of 5 persons in a conference at any one time. It may
be possible to "daisy chain" and bridge 2 5-person conferences together, but
last I heard that was not supported.
However, skype could be used for "kraft support", if a person wanted to
answer questions to 1 or 2 people calling in at a specified time.
Just thought I'd mention it.

Honestly, in my humble opinion I have been wondering why we haven't
had classes via skipe for some time now.
Also this brings up the thoughts at least in my head of a discussion
board and not just an email list.
I feel like these issues are growing pains of any group and we will
get them resolved. One thing I hope to see in future is a message
board if we can manage it. That way each individual thread of talk
doesn't need to always come to our emails.
