Hi Carol,

I am just going through my saved messages, and I don't know if I ever
responded to this message. I think I need a beginner's book first, and I
know my Braille skills are definitely not up to reading a pattern book yet.
So, thank you for the offer. When I get more skilled at Braille and have a
basic understanding of tatting, I just may take you up on the offer.

Thanks,

 Dixie

Dixie, A while back you were asking about tatting and I said I
had a braille book of tatting that I would tell you more about
when I returned home. Well I found the book. The title is
SEASONAL TATTING and it was produced by Horizons for the blind in
1994. It does not give tatting instructions or abbreviations.
It is 48 pages of patterns.

I called the phone number listed in the book for Horizons and it
is now a bakery.

I would be happy to loan you the book for as long as you need it.

If you would like to talk about it you can reach me at home at
517-646-7418

Carol
