[Nfb-krafters-korner] KK constitution and voting

One question regarding the "Paid" membership of this division ... if the
division's policy is that only "paid" members are allowed to take classes
and its now coming to light that no one seems to know who exactly the paid
members are, then how are the classes still being conducted? And, further
how are class recordings or written documentations protected on any level?

Cindy,

Has a membership list been published? I have not seen it. If it is not
published, then Until we have the list published there is no possible way
for anyone to know that all members have been contacted and notified about a
pending vote.

Audrey,

The words "may be polled" does not indicate that every member has to be
contacted and vote.

Additionally, the ten days notice is for "Special meetings," we are not
conducting a meeting and that section was brought up specifically to make
sure that we give "no less" than ten days for voting to occur even though
that is not required. Also, "I" specifically placed a note asking the
membership to help us get the word out. If the membership is trying to
exclude someone, please do let me know and I will personally get in touch
with that person to make sure they vote if they so choose to use that right.

Cindy
