I agree with Joyce. It is important to download this converter. I cannot save in an earlier version…not due to my word…but due to a Windows 7 issue. It should either ask you if you want it in a compatible format or send you to the Microsoft website to find a program to open it.
RTF changes the pattern just enough to make mistakes.
