When are you suppose to cut it?  I followed it up until you said it  can be 
frozen. Be sure to cut it before chips set.

Seven layer cookie

1 16 ounce bag of semi sweet  chocolate chips
1 16 ounce bag of peanutbutter chips
1 16 ounce bag of  milk chocolate chips
1 cup of chopped nuts
1 cup of coconuts
1 small  can of sweetened condensed milk
2 cups of ground graham cracker  crumbs
1/2 cup of butter

Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray
Mix  graham cracker crumbs with melted butter
Pat graham cracker mixture in the  bottom of the 9 x 13 cake pan.
sprinkle the first bag of chips over the  graham cracker crust
Sprinkle the nuts over the first bag of  chips
Sprinkle the second bag of chips over the nuts for the next  layer
Sprinkle the coconut over the second bag of chips
Sprinkle the  last bag of chips in the cake pan over the coconut
Pore the sweetened  condensed milk all over the mixture that is in the pan

Now bake on 350  just till the  chips starts to soften that way the chips 
melt  together to hold all the layers together.
This can be frozen but  make sure you cut it before the chips starts to set 
back  up.
