[Nfb-krafters-korner] potholder pattern suggestions

Hi,
I don't have a pattern but would love to learn to make a pot holder. The knifty knitter sounds fun and easy but any knit would work. I wish I could learn the crochet stuff but my hands and mind aren't working together on this.
