Neat idea!  How did you make a handle to hang it on a door knob or what ever?

Hi Folks,
I am just about finished making my Grand Daughter a plastic bag holder on the kk loom. It is turning out nicely. I made a hem in the bottom like we did the hats. But I put a loop of elastic in it to make it nice for holding and releasing bags. But now that I am almost done, I forgot how to bind off. Can anyone help me?
