Those watching your weight who do not want to dry your own fruit, see below.
Most of you know I am a Weight Watcher member and always looking for new, healthy foods!

Subject: info on dried fruit

I found this on the Hungry Girl site and thought you would be interested in reading it...

Dried Fruit
"HG, it's FRUIT. It HAS to be good for me." While fruit is great for you, too much sugar in too small a serving is not. A third of a cup of raisins isn't much, yet it contains as many grams of sugar as a Snickers bar and the same amount of calories as THREE CUPS of fresh strawberries. Hmmm... And we've warned you about banana chips<http://click.hungry-girl.com/girl/4wlvsqlSag6n7dS6gqbSklcsbjbSob3bS5p2tg/1/41341> before; not only are they sugary, but they're also usually FRIED. Wanna chomp on dehydrated fruit? Go freeze-dried. Brands like Funky Monkey<http://click.hungry-girl.com/girl/4wlvsqlSag6n7dS6gqbSklcsbjbSob3bS5p2tg/1/20355> and Just Tomatoes, Etc!<http://click.hungry-girl.com/girl/4wlvsqlSag6n7dS6gqbSklcsbjbSob3bS5p2tg/1/39465> have great options that are low in calories with large serving sizes and no added sugar. Plus, crunchy foods are more fun to eat.
