I think the Monday night discussions prior to an actual class might help
everyone decide if they think they would like to try their hand at an actual
class.  I, for one, would like to get my hands messy!

Who would be willing to take a class in learning how to make something  
basic out of clay?
 
Would you prefer or have access to:
 
project that would need to be fired in a kiln?
project that air dry clay would be used?
 
These classes would be offered after the Discussion Monday Night Chats, so  
you will have a chance to learn more and ask questions to have a better 
idea  before you begin the class.
