Hi all,

 

There is still time to sign up for the Intarsia Knitting class beginning on
Friday night, September 16 at 8pm (EST).  Second. Class will be on September
23 at the same time.

 

Intarsia is a method of knitting with two different colors, also referred to
as "color block knitting".  We will be making a gift bag with a Christmas
Tree knitted into the fabric.  This is the same bag we did when we did the
Seed Stitch Christmas Tree Gift Bag, except this time our tree will be knit
in a different color from the color of the bag.  This is a beautiful little
gift bag that is a treasure in and of itself.  Your family and friends will
feel truly special to received this gift bag with your  gift inside!

 

This is an intermediate technique, but really easy to master.  There is
homework to do, so sign up soon and get started on the homework to be ready
for the class.
