[Nfb-krafters-korner] Mock crochet stitch for looms

I like the stitch, too, but mine did not turn out very good. My holes were not at all the same size. I will have to try, when I have time and with a fresh mind! To much to do to get ready for convention and the senior fair and maybe an event at NIH.
Sounds like they might be starting a group of blind folks at NIH. There is a lady, who is not blind, who makes jewelry, who told me about the group. The lady at our gift shop and I are trying to get her to show us how she makes her jewelry. It is different from what I have seen on this list.

My divorce was finalized, on Tuesday, finally!

I enjoyed teaching every class I've done. Hmmmm, now you've given me a new project to work on, something off the loom that looks hand quilted. I'll get back to you on that one. LOL!

As for why not use the needles or hooks, it is just easier for me to use the looms. I am working with the needles and have really taken off with the crochet hook, but I am still much more comfortable with the looms.

Thank you so very much for the class tonight Tonya. Now I found this a bit interesting and it still blows my mind about this looming thing. Now we can do a stitch on this loom that looks like crocheting. You have taught a variety of classes like converting a knitted pattern to a loom pattern, socks on a loom with turned heels different knit stitches done on a loom.
I
do need to say I sometime wonder why you want these things to look like you used a crochet hook or knitting needles. Why don't you just use the hook or needles!

Tonya when are you going to teach us a class on the loom that the project comes out looking like we hand quilted a quilt! I want to take that class.
