Hi all,

Terry P. Yes, she is knitting around in a square. It's called Log
Cabin and is a fascinating technique. maybe that should be my first
class.

the stitches she is picking up are brand new. They are being pulled
from thin air using the working yarn. So, no, your working yarn is not
going through the stitches, it is creating them by being pulled
through the part of the piece that has already been knitted.

I've got to go to a meeting, but it sure was nice chatting with you
folks. Be back in a bit!
